DAY 01: ARRIVAL IN KATHMANDU
Meet and greet upon arrival at the International airport and transfer and check into hotel. Evening visit - Soyambhunath stupa known as monkey temple- oldest Buddhist stupa situated on a hillock overlooking Kathmandu valley and eastern Himalayan ranges. This stupa is one of the most important UNESCO world heritage site. Return to hotel and overnight.
DAY 02: ARRIVAL IN KATHMANDU
Breakfast and proceed to vist Boudhnath Stupa - one of the biggest and oldest stupa of the world and Patan Durbar Square including Hiranya Varna Mahavihar ( a important Buddhist Monastery of Nepal) , Return to hotel. Evening visit Chabhil stupa, and many other stupa of the valley. Overnight at hotel.
DAY 03: VISIT NAMO BUDDHA PANAUTI
Breakfast and drive for full day trip to Namoduddha – Panauti. Visit and pray monasteries. Return to hotel and overnight.
DAY 04: FLY KATHMANDU- LUMBINI
Breakfast and transfer to airport for flight to Lumbini. Arrive Lumbini airport and transfer to hotel
Evening visit lumbini area. Overnight at hotel.
DAY 05: FULL DAY AT LUMBINI
Visit Lumbini birth place of lord Buddha including Ashoka Pillar, Mayadevi temple, monastries built by different countries etc. Return to hotel for overnight stay.
DAY 06: DRIVE LUMBINI/ POKHARA
After breakfast drive to Pokhara 175 KM- 6/7 hours journey. Arrive Pokhara and check into hotel. Overnight in Pokhara.
DAY 07: POKHARA VISIT
Early morning drive and hike to Peace Stupa. Pray inside stupa and enjoy the view of Himalaya with Pokhara city. Return to hotel, after lunch; proceed for Matepani Buddhist Monastery and Hyamja monastery. Return to hotel and overnight.
DAY 08: DRIVE/ FLY POKHARA/ KATHMANDU
Breakfast and proceed for Kathmandu( transfer to airport for flight to Kathmandu). Arrive Kathmandu and check into hotel. Rest of the day free for personal activities. Overnight at hotel.
DAY 09: FULL DAY AT PHARPING
Full day visit Pharping, a town south of Kathmandu where Guru Padmasambhava attained the level of a Mahamudra Vidyadhara. Visit Guru Rinbuche cave, Guru Rimbuche Monastery and Tara monastery. Return to Kathmandu for overnight
DAY 10: FINAL DEPARTURE TRANSFER
Breakfast and free until transfer to International airport for onward flight.
