Nature and Safari tour in Nepal provides you with the journey like no other. We also experience Nepal’s vibrant cities such as Kathmandu and Pokhara, a dramatic counterpoint to our time in the wilds.
 
The tour takes you to Chitwan National Park, Nepal’s most popular National Park offering excellent opportunity to see Royal Bengal Tigers, one horned Rhino, crocodile and thrilling wilderness experience into its deep and thick jungle either through a ride in an elephant’s back or on four wheelers.

DAY 01: ARRIVE KATHMANDU
Upon your arrival in Kathmandu, our Fishtail representative and driver will meet you at the Tribhuvan International Airport and escort you to your designated hotel. The representative will help you to check into your hotel. Followed by the welcome drink, you will be briefed about your daily activities during the tour. Rest of the day will be free for personal activities. Overnight stay will be in Kathmandu.
 
DAY 02: KATHMANDU SIGHTSEEING
After breakfast you will proceed for the full-day sightseeing tour to Kathmandu valley covering Pashupatinath temple- holiest and oldest Hindu temple, Bouddhanath Stupa- one of the biggest Stupa of the world and Swoyambhunath Stupa (known as monkey temple) - oldest Buddhist Stupa situated on a hillock overlooking Kathmandu valley and eastern Himalayan ranges. You will also visit Patan Durbar Square that includes oldest Krishna temple. 
 
DAY 03: DRIVE KATHMANDU - POKHARA
Today you will be driven to Pokhara (200km/6 hours west of Kathmandu) observing the scenic views on the national highway along the Trishuli River. En route you will visit Manakamana temple by cable car. Upon arrival at Pokhara and after checking into the hotel, you can go for evening walk around the touristic lake side area. 
 
DAY 04: POKHARA SIGHTSEEING
Pokhara is a globally renowned tourist destination for its natural beauty. You can spend entire day sightseeing and relaxing. Firstly, you can visit Fewa Lake where you can see the reflection of Mount Machhapuchhre if the weather is clear. The lake also houses Barahi Temple located in the middle of the lake. Other interesting destinations would be Devi’s Waterfall, Tibetan Refugee Settlement, Gupteshwor Cave, International Mountain Museum and Bindabasini Temple. Overnight stay will be in Pokhara.
 
DAY 05: DRIVE POKHARA - CHITWAN
After breakfast you will be driven to Chitwan National Park (151km/5 hours). On arrival check into the Resort / jungle lodge followed by welcome drink and briefing about the jungle activities. Lunch and proceed for jungle activities. Dinner and overnight will be at jungle lodge /resort.

DAY 06: CHITWAN SAFARI ACTIVITIES
Today your day will start with nature walk and bird watching tour. After breakfast you will go for jungle safari on elephant back to see Deers, one-horned Rhinoceros, Wild Boars, monkeys, birds and many other smaller animals. After elephant back safari tour you will proceed for Dugout Canoe Ride in Dungre/Rapti River to see two types of rare species of crocodile - the Marsh mugger and the fish eating Gharial. You will also visit elephant breeding farm and late afternoon village walk can be organized at nearby Tharu village. In the evening, during your stay at the lodge, you can enjoy “Tharu Tribal Dance” presented by the local Tharu villagers. 
 
DAY 07: DRIVE CHITWAN - KATHMANDU
Today after breakfast you will drive back to Kathmandu (186km/5 hours). Upon arrival in Kathmandu and after checking into the hotel, rest of the day is free to explore your own. Overnight stay will be in Kathmandu. 
 
DAY 08: DEPARTURE
After checking out of the hotel, our representative will take you to the international airport for your flight to onward destination.
