DAY 01: ARRIVE KATHMANDU
Upon arrival in Kathmandu, our Fishtail representative and driver will meet you at the Tribhuvan International Airport and escort you to your designated hotel. The representative will help you to check into your hotel. In the hotel, you will be briefed about your daily activities during the tour. Evening is free for your leisure.
 
DAY 02: KATHMANDU SIGHTSEEING
After breakfast you will proceed for sightseeing tour of Pashupatinath Temple and Bouddhanath Stupa (both are protected by UNESCO as world heritage sites). Pashupatinath temple is the oldest and most sacred Hindu temple of the world situated in the bank of Holy Bagmati River. Bouddhanath Stupa is one of the biggest and oldest stupa of the world and the area surrounding is also known as little Tibet as the area is highly inhabited by Tibetan refugees and and also houses one of the biggest Tibetan refugee camps of the valley. Lunch will be arranged either in the hotel or restaurant followed by rest for few hours. During late afternoon, you can visit the popular tourist hub of Thamel which is renowned for shopping and variety of restaurants.  Dinner & overnight in hotel.
 
DAY 03: KATHMANDU SIGHTSEEING & DRIVE TO DHULIKHEL
After breakfast you will proceed for continuation of UNESCO World Heritage site tours of Kathmandu Valley covering  Swoyambhunath Stupa known as monkey temple –an oldest Buddhist Stupa situated on a hillock overlooking Kathmandu valley and eastern Himalayan ranges. Then you will proceed to Bhaktapur Durbar Square which was founded in 889 AD and lies 13 km east of Kathmandu. The old palace square of Bhaktapur contains famous "Fifty-five windows palace". The other famous sites to explore are the ancient royal bath, the courtyard of Taleju shrine; the museum of art and history, the pottery square, the majestic Nyatapola temple, the famous Peacock window and the Dattatraya temple. Then you will proceed to Dhulikhel (32 KM/ 1 hr). Dhulikhel is situated at an altitude of approximately 1,600 meters /5,500 ft above sea level. Upon arrival at Dhulikhel, you can enjoy the scenic view of valleys, and sunset over golden Himalayas. Dinner and overnight in resort/ hotel.
 
DAY 04: HIKE TO NAMO BUDDHA
In the early morning during sunrise, you can enjoy magnificent view of Himalayas from Dhulikhel. After breakfast, you will hike for 3-4 hours to Namobuddha. Namobouddha situated at an elevation of 1,750m is very important Buddhist Pilgrimage located in Kavre District about 38 km east of Kathmandu. The Stupa and shrines built in this lovely little hill mark a very ancient holy site significantly enough where a legendary prince named Mahasattva offered himself to a starving Tigress with its several under fed cubs. This legendary episode is depicted in a very nice stone slab and placed right next to a holy stupa. From here you will be driven to Dhulikhel via Panauti. Overnight in Dhulikhel.
 
DAY 05: HIKE TO NAGARKOT                              
After breakfast, you will hike for 2 & half hours to another beautiful hill station of Nagarkot.  Upon arrival in Nagarkot, you can enjoy the view of sunset over eastern Himalayan ranges. Dinner and overnight in Nagarkot.
 
DAY 06: REST DAY IN NAGARKOT
In the early morning during sunrise, you can enjoy magnificent view of Himalayas including Mount Everest- the highest mountain, from Nagarkot. Later, you can either stay in the hotel and relax or explore nearby villages. Overnight in hotel.
 
DAY 07: HIKE TO BHAKTAPUR (CHANGURANARYAN TEMPLE) & DRIVE TO KATHMANDU
Hike from Nagarkot to Changunarayan takes approximately 3 & half hours and drive from Changunarayan to Kathmandu takes about one and half hours. The most popular walk leads down from Nagarkot along a ridge to the temple of Changunarayan-with views of Sankhu village to the right and Bhaktapur to the left. Changunarayan is situated at the end of a long ridge which runs well into the valley. It is said to have been built in 323 AD by King Hari Datta Varma. The temple is richly decorated with sculptures and carvings. It is said to be the oldest temple in the valley. After excursion in and around Changunarayan you will be driven back to Kathmandu.
 
DAY 08: FREE DAY IN KATHMANDU
Today the entire day is free for your personal and leisurely activities. In the evening, dinner will be organized at traditional Nepalese restaurant followed by cultural program. Overnight in hotel.
 
DAY 09: DEPARTURE 
After breakfast, our representative will take you to the Tribhuvan international airport for your flight towards onward destination.
